It is SPV3 —a complete reimagining of Halo 1 ’s campaign that added new enemies, vehicles, and an entire Flood-filled level that Bungie never built.

A true “Full PC” experience doesn’t ignore this. It offers toggles . It lets you disable reticle friction, but also re-balances enemy AI reaction times. It respects the source material while acknowledging the new input religion. The deepest layer of “Full PC” is not about playing Halo . It is about unmaking Halo. On console, a game is a sealed vault.
