Insanity Exercise List -

I’ve provided two options based on different contexts. The Ultimate Insanity Exercise List (Dig Deeper!)

Complete all 8 exercises as a circuit with zero rest. If you finish, you’re either a pro athlete or delusional. (And congrats.) insanity exercise list

| Round | Exercise | Reps | “Why is this insane?” | |--------|-----------|-------|------------------------| | 1 | Burpee into pull-up | 15 | Combines exhaustion with hanging for your life. | | 2 | One-legged squat jumps (Pistol jumps) | 10/leg | Balance + power = fall risk. | | 3 | 100-meter walking lunge (no stopping) | 1 length | Your glutes will file for divorce. | | 4 | Plank to pike jump (feet land by hands) | 20 | Hamstrings and core scream simultaneously. | | 5 | Sprints up a hill (walk down, repeat) | 10x | Cardiovascular regret. | | 6 | Hollow hold leg lowers (2 inches off floor) | 30 sec | Abs cramp before time is up. | | 7 | Clapping push-ups on knees | 20 | Only for the reckless or desperate. | | 8 | Box jumps (max height, no pause) | 20 | One miss = shin carnage. | I’ve provided two options based on different contexts

Based on the classic Shaun T program, here are the signature bodyweight moves that make Insanity live up to its name. No equipment—just grit. (And congrats
