On a naturist beach, you will see grandfathers with surgical scars, mothers with postpartum bellies, teenagers with acne, and athletes with uneven muscle tone. And you know what you feel? You realize that your "flaws" are not flaws at all; they are simply human features. Rewiring the Gaze One of the biggest misconceptions is that naturism is "leering." In reality, it teaches the opposite: radical non-sexualized looking.
We treat our bodies like a project that is perpetually almost finished.
