Visuals: Rain lashes against a window. A young man, SARASWATICHANDRA (Gautam Rode), stands alone in a luxurious but dark apartment. He holds a glass of wine, staring at a locket.

Opening Scene: A Stormy Night in London

“You will not marry Kumud. I have arranged your alliance with the Desai family. You will obey me!”

“Krishna always brings his devotees back home, Father. Even the lost ones.”

A festival is being prepared – . Kumud decorates a jhula (swing) for Lord Krishna. Her father, KABIR DESAI , watches her. He opens the locket

Vidyachatur slaps him. Saraswatichandra doesn’t flinch. He bows slightly, removes his family crest ring, places it on the table, and walks out into the rain.

A grand, traditional Gujarati household. The atmosphere is tense. GUMA (Monalisa), the comical yet sharp maid, dusts a photograph of Saraswatichandra.

Her sister-in-law, , smirks from the doorway. A young man, SARASWATICHANDRA (Gautam Rode), stands alone

He takes her hand and places it over his heart.

“What?”

Saraswatichandra arrives in Mumbai. Instead of going to his own family home, he goes straight to the Desai mansion. He stands outside the gate in the rain (symbolic parallel to the night he left).

Saraswatichandra buys a single ticket to Mumbai. A stranger asks, “Going home?”

“He’s not a ghost. He’s my husband. In here.” (touches her heart)
