For the uninitiated, Mod 13 is the community’s love letter to the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX/5D’s era, but with modern speed. Drop 15, however, takes a sharp left turn into the bizarre, the broken, and the beautiful. The new keyword mechanic is Shift . Here’s the gist: When a Shift monster would be destroyed, you can banish it instead, then immediately Special Summon a lower-Level “Shift” monster from your Deck. It’s like a reverse Synchro—death turns into a toolbox.
